Patent/changes
According to the provisions of Trademark & patent Law, any changes in respect of Registered patent shall be recorded with the Iranian patent office.
Necessary documents for recordal of changes:
Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized by the Iranian consulate.
Original registration certificate for endorsement purposes.
Change documents duly notarized and legalized by the Iranian consulate.
