1-Although in the present power of attorney form  all the necessary  authorizations have been

     mentioned, but only those parts of the contents which comply with the instructions of

     the client  will be effected and the parts not complying thereto will be ineffective.

  2-In case the client would prefer to qualify the authorizations he may inform us, so that

      we provide him with a specified power of attorney via e-mail.
